At Zeitkleid, we take pride in offering carefully selected vintage pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original condition

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• All original tags (if applicable) must be intact

Please note that due to the nature of vintage clothing, minor signs of wear may be present and are not considered defects.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

• Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Items that have been worn or damaged by the customer

• Items returned after the 14-day period

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
